A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is displayed in the Player's account. hp777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes, without being required to provide a reason.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within each game or market. Limits may vary by product, game title, table, and Player account tier. hp777 reserves the right to adjust individual Player stake limits at any time for risk management purposes.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds or a game result being displayed incorrectly, hp777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. hp777 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a technical error. The Player bears no penalty for errors caused by the platform, and voided stakes are returned in full.
In-play (live) bets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time due to changes in match conditions, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. A bet submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. Once confirmed, live bets are binding. hp777's decision on the outcome of live bets in the event of disputed game data is final.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the accumulator is recalculated with the voided leg removed. A two-leg accumulator with one voided leg is settled as a single bet. A single-leg accumulator with one voided leg is settled as a void and the stake is returned.
